Babywearing in children's books

I absolutely love seeing glimses of babywearing in children's books, and more importantly, so does my son!  I thought I'd share a few of the books we have with babywearing in them.  I would also love to know about any others!

Here is our little collection.

Backpack Baby
by Miriam Cohen
A lovely, quirky little board book, where the fact that the man is babywearing is central to the little story.

Bear Takes a Trip
by Stella Blackstone & Debbie Harter
This story has nothing to do with babywearing (although it is a lovely story with beautiful pictures), but my son always points out the bear wearing her baby at the station.

Mr Bear's Holiday
by Debi Gliori
Again, babywearing isn't central to this story, but there is a lovely picture of Mrs Bear tandem wearing her children, and a few other babywearing pictures.  Plus, a lovely story.

Supermum
by Mick Manning and Brita Granstrom
A lovely book about mothering in humans and animals, with this lovely babywearing picture, plus a fab breastfeeding picture on another page.

Quack Quack Moo, We See You
by Mij Kelly, Illustrated by Katharine McEwen
Babywearing is definitely central to this fun story, where a Dad runs around looking for his daughter, having forgotten that he is wearing her on his back.  It features really lovely pictures.

A Ride on Mother's Back
by Emery & Durga Bernhard
A beautiful book, which is more of an informative book than a story, but still very child friendly.  It is definitely a book to have in your household if babywearing is part of your lives.  It has many gorgeous pictures of babywearing around the world.  I look forward to looking at this with my son in the future.

Please let me know about any others!
